
The Local Advocacy Network
The goal of the Local Advocacy Network is to empower community members to preserve and expand arts education in their local schools districts. The California Alliance provides leadership development, communications tools, technical assistance and strategic expertise to help local coalitions start and sustain successful advocacy efforts. Now in over twenty communities in California, the Network represents a cross section of community interests, including business, community, education and arts organizations. Our united message conveys the myriad ways in which an investment in arts education is an investment in the well being of the larger community. Communities active in the Local Advocacy Network:
